1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 117ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the 117ph website at 117ph.vu, creating an account, or placing any wager, you accept these Terms in full.

117ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and play on 117ph, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawal processing: Requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• Deposit limits: 117ph may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Players may also request personal limits through the responsible gaming settings.
• Transaction records: All deposit and withdrawal transactions are recorded and can be reviewed in your account transaction history.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on 117ph. Attempting to use these methods will result in the transaction being declined.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 117ph — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, and fish games — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface or the respective section page.

General gameplay rules that apply platform-wide:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. A confirmed wager cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, 117ph will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Our decision in these cases is final.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body or league. In cases of dispute, 117ph's decision stands.
• 117ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be removed or temporarily suspended without notice.

Players participating in live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger — must adhere to the rules displayed at the table. Live dealer decisions follow established house rules and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal strategy preference.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 117ph. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.

117ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Situations that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargeback requests initiated by the player against completed deposits.
• Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged for review.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the 117ph platform should first be raised with our support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute process outlined in your account settings. 117ph's decision in all platform-related disputes — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final pending the outcome of any formal process.
