Who We Are
117ph is an online gaming platform purpose-built for players in the Philippines. We cover everything from live casino tables and classic slot games to sports betting, fish shooting games, and more — all under one roof, accessible from any device.
The idea behind 117ph was simple: Filipino players deserved a platform that spoke their language, accepted their local payment methods, carried games they actually enjoy, and treated them with the same respect you'd expect walking into any premium gaming venue. We built 117ph around that idea and have been refining it ever since.
Whether you're a seasoned Baccarat player in Quezon City, a slots enthusiast in Cebu, or someone in Davao exploring sports betting for the first time — 117ph is designed to be a comfortable, trustworthy space for all of it. Our lobby stays active around the clock, our deposit and withdrawal system runs in Philippine Peso, and our support team is ready when you need them.
Our Mission
Our mission at 117ph is to deliver an online gaming experience that consistently puts the Filipino player first. That means responsive design that works just as well on a mid-range Android phone as it does on a desktop. It means deposit options that actually make sense to a Filipino user — GCash, Maya, local bank transfers — without forcing anyone through a currency conversion. And it means a game library that reflects what people here actually want to play.
We also take responsible gaming seriously. 117ph is for players who are 21 years old and above. We encourage everyone on the platform to set personal limits, play within their means, and treat gaming as a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Our Responsible Gaming page has practical tools and resources to help with that.
What Sets 117ph Apart
There are plenty of online gaming sites out there, but not many of them were built specifically for the Philippine market. Here's what makes 117ph different from the generic offshore platforms Filipino players have had to put up with for years:
- Everything runs in PHP. No currency conversion, no hidden exchange rate fees. You deposit in pesos, you play in pesos, you withdraw in pesos.
- Local payment methods that actually work. GCash, Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks are all supported. No need for a foreign credit card or a crypto wallet.
- A game library curated for Filipino tastes. Baccarat and Dragon Tiger dominate our live casino floor because that's what players here love. Our slots section is stocked with titles from providers that perform well across Asia. Fish games, which are wildly popular in the Philippines, have their own dedicated section.
- Mobile-first experience. The vast majority of Filipino internet users browse on mobile. 117ph's entire interface — from the lobby to the cashier to the live tables — is optimised for Android and iOS without needing an app download.
- Round-the-clock live tables. Live casino on 117ph runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There's always a dealer ready and a seat available, no matter what time zone your schedule runs on.
Six Things That Define 117ph
Our live casino floor never closes. Professional dealers stream Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and game show titles in HD — any hour of the day, every day of the year.
Hundreds of slot titles from trusted providers, plus classic table games with multiple variants. Whether you prefer a low-volatility grind or high-variance jackpot slots, the 117ph lobby has a game for your style.
Bet on basketball (PBA and NBA), boxing, football, volleyball, esports, and major international leagues. Our sportsbook covers the events Filipino fans care about most, with competitive odds updated in real time.
No app download needed. 117ph runs smoothly on any modern mobile browser — Android or iOS. The interface adapts to your screen size so you always get a clean, fast experience whether you're at home or on the go.
Deposit and withdraw in Philippine Peso using GCash, Maya, and transfers to major local banks like BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Quick processing, no conversion fees, and a transparent cashier experience.
SSL encryption protects every session on 117ph. Our live casino games are inherently transparent — real dealers, real cards, real outcomes you can watch unfold in real time with no hidden algorithms involved.
How 117ph Grew
117ph didn't launch as a finished product — it grew through listening to Filipino players, fixing what wasn't working, and consistently adding features that genuinely mattered to the people using the platform every day.
Every phase of our development has been driven by player feedback from across the Philippines. The fish games section exists because players asked for it. The GCash integration happened because it was the most-requested payment feature we received. That feedback loop is still running today.
117ph went live with a core selection of live casino games and slots, targeting Filipino players who wanted a platform they could trust with their PHP. Early feedback was used immediately to shape the roadmap.
The sportsbook went live with coverage of PBA, NBA, boxing, and football. Fish shooting games were added following strong demand from players in Visayas and Mindanao who'd been requesting the category since launch.
GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers were fully integrated, making 117ph one of the few platforms where Filipino players could complete the entire deposit-to-withdrawal cycle without leaving the PHP ecosystem.
Mobile performance improvements, new game provider partnerships, and expanded promotions keep 117ph evolving. The goal remains the same: build the best online gaming experience for players in the Philippines.
The Values We Play By
Every decision at 117ph is measured against a single question: does this make things better for the player? Transparent terms, honest communication, and no hidden fees are non-negotiable.
Gaming should be entertaining, not stressful. We actively support tools that help players stay in control of their time and budget, and we enforce the 21+ age requirement without exception.
Slow load times, buffering live streams, and broken cashier flows are unacceptable. We invest in infrastructure that keeps 117ph running fast and stable, especially on mobile connections across the Philippines.
From the games we stock to the payment methods we support, every feature on 117ph is evaluated through the lens of what works for Filipino users — not just what's standard on generic international platforms.
Your account details and transaction history are protected by SSL encryption. We do not share player data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we follow best practices for account security including OTP verification.
When something goes wrong or a question comes up, players should be able to get a real answer quickly. Our support team is trained to handle the specific situations Filipino players encounter — not just read from a generic script.
Games We're Proud to Offer
The 117ph game lobby has been built around what Filipino players actually enjoy, not just whatever was easiest to license. Here's a quick look at the main categories:
Live Casino
Our live casino section is the centrepiece of 117ph. We carry live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and a range of game show titles from studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and others. Tables run 24/7 with professional dealers in HD. Visit the Live Casino page for the full lineup.
Slot Games
Hundreds of slot titles are available on 117ph, ranging from classic three-reel machines to feature-rich video slots with free spin rounds, multipliers, and progressive jackpots. The lobby is easy to browse by provider or game type. Check out Slot Games to explore what's available.
Sports Betting
The 117ph sportsbook covers basketball — including PBA and NBA — along with boxing, football, volleyball, esports, and major international leagues and tournaments. Odds are updated in real time and the interface works cleanly on mobile, which is how most Filipino sports fans follow their games anyway. Head to the Betting section to browse current markets.
Fish Games
Fish shooting games have become one of the most popular categories among Filipino online gamers, and 117ph has a dedicated section for them. Fast-paced, visually engaging, and easy to pick up — they're a great option when you want something different from card games or slots. Explore the Fish Games section to see what's running.
Casino Table Games
Beyond the live casino floor, 117ph also carries standard digital table games in the Casino section. These use RNG (random number generator) technology and are a good option when you want to play at your own pace without the real-time pressure of a live table.
Promotions and Bonuses
117ph runs promotions across all main game categories — live casino, slots, and sports betting. New player offers, reload bonuses, and cashback deals are available at various times throughout the year. We keep our bonus terms readable and realistic: no buried conditions, no impossible wagering requirements that make the offer pointless in practice.
Visit the Promotions page for a current look at what's active. Offers rotate regularly so it's worth checking back in if you haven't visited in a while.
Deposits and Withdrawals in Philippine Peso
One area where 117ph has worked hard to get things right is payments. Filipino players shouldn't have to jump through hoops or pay currency conversion fees just to fund their account and cash out their winnings. On 117ph, everything runs in PHP from start to finish.
Supported channels include GCash, Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks. Processing times are kept as fast as possible, and the cashier interface is designed to be straightforward — no confusing multi-step processes. See the full list of available options on the Deposit page.
Ready to Play at 117ph?
Creating an account takes just a few minutes. Once you're in, the full game lobby — live casino, slots, sports betting, fish games — is waiting for you, all in PHP.
117ph is for players aged 21 and above. Gaming is entertainment — always set a budget, play within your means, and take breaks when needed. If gaming stops being fun, it's time to step back. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for self-management tools and resources.
